Refund policy

We believe that it's quality over quantity when it comes to sleep. Hence, if you are not 100% satisfied with our pillows, you may return them for a full refund. All you need to do is email us at support@prosleepy.com, and we'll take care of it!


Procedure
To be eligible for a refund, you must first email us within 30 days of receiving the products at support@prosleepy.com with the reason for the return. Upon receipt of the item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is unavailable, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

The returned item must be in good condition when returned. Please note that items that are returned dirty, damaged or stained will not be eligible for any refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages
ProSleepy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, ProSleepy will confirm the delivery to the address provided, delivery date, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to our warehouse. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note: all returned products will be donated to charity and not sent out again. Every customer will receive a brand-new pillow, guaranteed!
