To be eligible for a refund, you must first email us within 30 days of receiving the products at firstname.lastname@example.org with the reason for return. Upon the receipt of the item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
The returned item must be in good condition when returned. Please note that items that are returned dirty, damaged or stained will not be eligible for any refund.
Lost or Stolen Packages
ProSleepy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, ProSleepy will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
To return your product, you should mail your product to our warehouse. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note: all returned products will be donated to charity and will not be sent out again. Every customer will receive a brand new pillow, guaranteed!
